Please read these terms carefully. Buying or using Plug Market means you accept the policies below. We aim to be clear, fair, and fast when helping you.

No refunds by default

All sales are final unless a product-specific warranty applies.

Warranty by product

Each listing shows its own replacement window and conditions.

Evidence required

Replacements need proof (screenshots or short screen-recordings).

1) Refunds

  • No refunds. We only offer replacements when the product is defective during its warranty window.
  • Contact us on Discord within 24 hours of delivery if something is wrong so we can review it quickly.

2) Warranty windows

  • Spotify Premium: 7 days replacement window.
  • Netflix: 1 month (30 days) replacement window.
  • YouTube / Prime Video / Canva / CapCut Pro / FA / ChatGPT / Apple Music full access: 29 days replacement window.
  • Nitro products: 1 hour replacement window.

Warranty duration starts at the time of delivery.

3) Full Access (FA) accounts requirement

  • 📹
    For Full Access (FA) accounts, you MUST record a video at the time of purchase showing the complete login process. Without this video evidence, replacements will NOT be provided.

4) Verification for replacements

  • For Nitro tokens / promo codes / Microsoft codes, provide a short screen-recording that shows the code arrival and the error.
  • If PayPal limits your account after purchase, we cannot refund or replace.

5) Usage & Conduct

  • No warranty on Nitro tokens or Spotify if a wave revoke occurs from the provider.
  • If you change full access credentials, replacement rights end.
  • If our supplier bans us, replacements are paused or denied.
  • If our PayPal gets blocked, you agree no refund or replacement is due.
  • Buying or using Plug Market means you accept all terms on this page.

6) Limitations

  • Products are for educational or personal use only. You are responsible for any misuse.

7) Changes

  • We can update these terms at any time. Continuing to buy or use the store means you accept the latest version.

8) Liability

  • If you want us to remove a service we sold to you, ask and we will remove it. We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions.
